Human Rights Defenders Handbook
The Human Rights Defenders Handbook is a educational material published by CTUHR together with the European Union-Philippines Justice Support Programme (EP-JUST). It primarily aims to defend human rights defenders themselves from human rights violations and abuses. It contains information on what are the basic human rights and a guide on how to human rights defenders protect and defend themselves from extrajudicial killings, disappearance, harassment, arrest and other forms of human rights violations.
