Among the vital activities of the Center is the monitoring and documentation of trade union and human rights violations in the country. It conducts fact-finding missions and field investigation on activities and events that result or may result in violations of the economic and political rights of workers. It also monitors strikes, pickets and other concerted actions of workers in the defense and promotion of their welfare.
